Substituting Gluten Free Flours for Wheat

 

This topic is much advised and debated about, and the opinions are endless- as can be some of the suggestions.  I have found through using other peoples methods and baking mixes like Pamela's that the old taste/preference thing is a huge factor.  What one person loves another will find distasteful.  With that in mind, I'm going to list several options more clearly that I have on the Ingredients page with some other tips and ideas.  I've also been working on a blend of my own that doesn't involve any bean flours.  When I finish, I'll list it here.  'Like' me on Facebook and you'll see the post.
